Temperature:

We do not play if the Temperature at game time is below 40 degrees or the Heat Index is above 110 degrees.  

Rain Policy:

We will check field conditions at 4:00pm (7:30am on Saturdays).  If fields are not playable, we will send communication out via email and Facebook by 5:00pm (8:00am on Saturdays).  If not raining but expected to rain, we will make a judgement call on weather or not to try to play.  We will normally attempt to play in light rain, but not thunderstorms. 

Even if we cancel at Algoma, teams playing away games may still have games.  Each league makes their own decision on weather or not to play.

Lightening Policy:

If we see lightening in the area, we will stop play for 30 minutes.   Play cannot continue until 30 minutes  after the last lightening strike.  All players must return to their parents vehicles during this time.   We will review the future weather forecast and determine if we can continue or not that day.
